Locus support

Use Issues for reproducible bugs. Ask questions and share what you made with other Locus users on r/EnterLocus. Bring structured feature requests to GitHub Discussions. Reddit and GitHub require sign-in to post. Use email when a report contains private context or concerns security.

Public means public. Do not post room images, credentials, receipts, order details, account information, notifications, device identifiers, or other personal information in a GitHub issue, discussion, or Reddit post.

Choose the right route

Before reporting a problem

  1. Open Settings → Help & About → About Locus and copy the version details shown there.
  2. Note the visionOS version without including an Apple ID, device serial number, or other identifier.
  3. Say what you expected, what happened instead, and the shortest steps that make it happen again.
  4. Remove notifications, website account data, room details, receipts, and personal content from screenshots or recordings.

For placement or comfort problems

Tell us what you saw or felt while using Locus on Apple Vision Pro. Include whether the problem changed after you restarted the Place or moved to a different part of the room. A written description is enough; do not share images of your room in a public issue.
